How Pricing Works
Pricing follows a hierarchy:- Customer-specific price (highest priority): Custom price for a specific customer
- Tier-specific product price: Custom price for a product within a tier
- Tier discount: Percentage discount applied to base price
- Base price (default): Standard product price

Go to Pricing Tiers
Navigate to Settings → Pricing Tiers

Create New Tier
Click New Tier

Configure Tier
Enter name (e.g., “Wholesale”) and default discount percentage

Click Save to create the tier

Assigning Customers to Tiers
- Open a customer’s profile
- Find the Pricing Tier field
- Select the appropriate tier
- Save changes
Product-Level Tier Pricing
